I have never seen such a thing. However I suppose the same principle that allows you to make a generic SRAM patch (as in patch to use SRAM) could probably be twisted to do something for Flash.

I have some repro cards that have Flash save.
It would be easy to use it instead of Patch to sram and solder a battery it drain fast.
