It's known and they are working on it.

When I get home later I'll check my N3DS to see if Firmware launcher is working for that at least.

Can someone please explain to me in terms that noob can understand, what FirmLaunch is? If I want to run homebrew, should I not to use install FirmLaunch, or is there a way to exit FirmLaunch?

In simple terms, it allows you to play games that require a higher firmware version than you have. For example some games like Xenoblade Chronicles or Codename Steam require 9.3 or 9.4 (forget which) so with firmlaunch enabled you can run them on 9.0.

Ah, there's a thing I forgot to tell you. There's theme support! Just edit the images included in the source code, convert them to .bin using the makebgr.bat file (drag and drop on it, needs imagemagick) and then put the properly named images in the UI folder inside sd/3ds/PastaCFW/. Feel free to share themes here!

I don't know why I don't see anyone making customs! Maybe is because you original UI is so awesome xD This is my first test it only took 3 minutes. Photoshop pros could do a great job with this. I' try to make a better looking one now.
