ROM Hack PaperMagician & YayMii's Pokémon HG/SS Google English Translat

PLEASE HELP TO GET PAPER'S TRANSLATION UP BY HELPING TO GET THE TOOL I MENTIONED NOT TOO FAR UP. IT IS NEEDED FOR GRAPHICS TRANSLATION AND HE CAN'T FIND IT AND I CAN'T FIND IT PLEASE HELP!!!!

9/26/09: Today, Paper emailed me saying he needed to know the file with the logo and status effects, which I found, but he also needs me to find a tool to extract the logo and status effect pictures. Any help would be appreciated.

no idea, but why not just release it without graphics for now? I'm sure most people can figure out what the graphics are, theres only a few of em.

Yeah, I'd be okay without the graphics for now. Unless he's dead set on doing that. But really, it'd be fine. Whatever works. I wish I knew how to help, but I'm clueless.

damn mine is 55~60kb/s and i download many wi games 4.7 each. imagine how much time would need to download a wii game. even the school intenet speed its 300kb/s and i thought that its a very fast internet but damn, seriously 15gb/s its a too damn fast internet

this is my schools internet speed, it shares with hundred more pc's so yea its pretty fast srsly wtf 15gb/s i tough the fastest internet speed in the netherlands was from UPC with 120mb fiber...

Tell him to try these programs: Crystaltile2, TahaxaTihaxa... I dont know how to use these but im sure they serve the purpose you need them for....

EDIT3:I need help finding the files with the status effect graphics in Platinum so I can switch the ones in HG/SS with the Platinum English ones.

I know nothing, but couldnt you use that thing which is used to patch the new Kingdom hearts game to put it back in?
Or even the thing that opens the file in the first place.

No.... the first thing is for kingdom hearts and my thing only takes out and doesn't put back in. And I still need Platinum's English Status Effects Graphics
