Ouran High School Host Club DS - The Open Translation Project
So, about three years ago I came across this forum for the first time and got inspirated to set up a translation project as well. Unfortunately I couldn't do much myself. Luckily enough there were a few nice and talented users who made it all possible..
At first I thought it would be best to find just a couple of motivated translators, but after the manga ended, translators interested in Ouran became even fewer, so I gave up looking for them after a while and the project was on the brink of death.. Until..a nice guy contacted me about half a year ago, right around the time when I had started studying Japanese. Couldn't be better! So he came to the rescue, and is now alongside me overseeing the project and will keep everyone updated on the wiki, whenever (as the past couple of years have showed) life gets in my way again. Which seems to be a lot.
Anyhow, I now turn to you, to hopefully find those few, dedicated (otome?) fans & translators who are interested in keeping this project alive, and joining the open translation. Also, spread the word~! It's time for the project to come out of the shadows! (I'm also currently 'sort of' dabbling trying to start up a translation project for a certain PSP game, so if there's anyone knowledgable/interested in that, do let me know)
