Radiant Historia is a Japanese-style RPG created, in part, by several of the key designers behind Radiata Stories. Set in the world of Vancool, the game has you playing as Stok, a spy with the intelligence agency of the nation of Alicetel. Your country is at war with neighboring Gran org, whose ruler Queen Protea is blamed for the drying of the land and a strange disease that turns people into sand. The game begins when Stok and his subordinates are sent into Gran org territory to rescue a captured spy. They end up getting caught themselves. Stok suffers a great injury and briefly enters the world of Historia, where he's given the ability to travel through time and space. You'll be using this ability as you play through Radiant Historia. The game has you traveling through time, and also through space as you switch off between parallel worlds.

I Don't think that this will get localized by atlus because translation would take ~6 month, 3DS comes out in ~4 month and Atlus USA isn't selling a lot of this stuff.

Let's say: Chances are quite bad. But I'm really hoping for it to get translated or localized but as you can see, the chances of it to be localized is very low.

Don't Link Me To A Dead Translation

Not really sure what to say to this... I guess the first thing to address is that our translation is/was at the stage to have an almost complete menu translation, as well as the beginning of the dialogue script. The fact that it is currently inactive does not mean it is dead. I would love to resume working on it, but for the time being since we don't exactly have a hacker providing me with script dumps (Noitora had a hard drive wipe and lost all the dumps he had) I can't very well translate much can I? I guess if there is anyone else out there interested in working on it, I'd appreciate if they could let one of either myself or StorMyu know. Even if I end up too busy to continue it myself, there is also the option of passing along the current progress to any newcomers.

There is also the possibility of it still being officially localised too. It hasn't even been a year since release.

Anyway, the main reason I decided to even reply to this was your last line there "Don't Link Me To A Dead Translation." As far as I can see, noone has done this, so you might want to perhaps lessen the offensive tone (and not use capitalisation for every word in the sentence =S)

It seems that he ain't hacking the rom itself, but only the text. You might want to contact him about helping him with hacking the text into the rom itself. One little note though, he is saying on his blog that his translations might not be 100% accurate...
