Curious about the upcoming new 2D Mario game that was announced back in June? Nintendo's got you covered, with a dedicated Direct. On August 31st, at 7am PT, a Super Mario Bros. Wonder Direct will be broadcast, giving the world a 15-minute look at some new details about the game. Super Mario Bros. Wonder is set for an October 20th launch for the Nintendo Switch.

Martinet will apparently not voice Mario, but I'm guessing Mario will still sound as always. Just don't have Chris Pratt as Mario for the games.

Anyway, Wonder is a step up from the "New" series which I've gotten tired of.

I don't think they are going to do it, but imagine not just more characters, but 3rd party characters.

That aside, despite wanting Daisy to join, I thought Rosalina would have been a mainstay. As someone pointed out, Pauline would be a good choice too.

Who has money on the first two worlds in Wonder being a grass level AND a desert level? To be honest people shouldn't support Super Mario Wonder if it just gonna have the same level motifs from New Super Mario Bros.
