Actually, people are having problems with older versions. That's why v3 has a new patcher.
Aaron0000, which file are you using to patch, and how are you running the game?

Normally I know people don't usually take the time to translate the Game Script, but since we already have the original Pokemon Gold script, are you considering to translate the game script at all?

The patch broke my memory card. I downloaded the rom that was a already patched on his site, pepsi lovers heart gold. I played it normally and it worked fine, I was about to pick my pokemon when i saved and closed the ds to take one last look at the starters to see which was better. I open my ds press a in front of the machine and I hear a cracking noise. The game was frozen, I either shut the ds off or it did by itself, I load it up and it loads like there is no r4 in the ds. I take it out put it back in and it says Sd/ts error or something like that, so know I can't use that memory card and It won't recognize it on my computer. Can anyone help.

You listed one of kurt's special balls as "An item for catching pokemon" Which isn't really specific, and you listed the Item finder as "Odd incence"

And also, the Berry Grower as "Cheer Bell" And the text goes offscreem.

Your memory card is corrupted. it probably wasn't the patch, was most likely the game crashing that corrupted it.

Plug the card back into your computer and wipe it. You can't get the data off there now befcause it's corrupted, and the only thing you can do is Format the Memory card, and get everything back on.

Sorry, there is really nothing else that can be done.

Do you mean the original GS japanese script or original english script? The original english script is here (http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/gbcolor/file/198308/49457). As for the original Japanese script, I don't have a link for one. Although, I'm not sure is this will work for the original Japanese version, but here is a GS script editor link (http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=142940).

I think that for V3 and newer, also need to launch the patch with the older patcher (the one used for V1 and V2).

Translations are working for me. Still freezes, but that might be because I haven't updated my firmware in a while.

I know its using an old program, but its the only way i can think of to have people be able to use what ever patch they need to use to make the game work on there flashcart then be able to patch it to English.

and without freezes or crashes for M3 DS REAL only testet with that card

1. You posted the link earlier. That's bad.
2. You can already find a working rom at the translation website.
3. I don't think very many people use ICQ now.
