Just heard about this, found out that it's somewhat old. However, doing some Google searches, I keep finding stuff about accessing a browser through the Shop Channel, not what I want. Anyone here want to help me out?

(I would pwn you, n00b, but your grammar's good.) .wad files are direct rips of the files installed on your wii from the shop channel. The wad manager is an application designed to install those files from the SD card to the wii. The .wad files can be found on google, but I would check that your sites are reliable, as wad installations can result in bricks. Sorry if that sounds a little complicated.MaxDeUh said:I'm looking into the WAD thing right now...
Can someone explain it to me though? Google isn't always reliable...

Quick question, is this Brawl SSR?
Second, I've had a hacked Wii for months and months, and nothing has ever gone wrong.
Nope, don't own or play brawl.
And while that is true that nothing seriously can go wrong from having Wad Manager, I was merely saying that installing things without knowing what they do can cause problems.FenrirWolf said:Wad Manager can't hurt you if you don't have any wads on your SD card, right?

And besides, even it was true, you would be ripping people out of money they spent for points that they cannot use. (Same thing can be said towards the developers if installed via Wad Method).
You wouldnt like it if you spent money on something only to have it already been used and not redeemable. Products of that type cant be returned or exchanged.
