When playing the world ends with you the audio gets very distorted after a couple seconds, closing my dsi and opening it again (not turning it off) fixes it for a couple seconds again. Any fix for this?
Try changing the clock speed to TWL in the per-game settings.
If this doesn't fix it, then wait for one.

Hey thank you for the incredibly quick answer! It seems this extended the time it takes to get distorted, but it still gets distorted sadly

After reading another that's now suspiciously hard to find, I tried booting it up in forced DSI mode, as per the suggestion of that post, that however says an error has occured in the nds bootstrap, not sure if this helps identify the problem or not but figured it might be worth mentioning!

Sounds like you're on an outdated nds-bootstrap version.
Please update both TWLMenu++ and nds-bootstrap.

That was also my first thought a couple minutes after posting that, I had updated both and instead of it saying an error has occured, now it's just a white screen that follows so I figured I didn't need to edit my post since it was likely the same issue, apologies.

The AP Patch does not work, in Pokemon Black 2 it does not allow you to attack or gain experience, and in Zelda Spirit Tracks the controls to drive the train do not appear.

I see no reason why turning off asynch card read wouldn't fix this then.
If you're sure it's off, please upload "nds-bootstrap.ini" from "sd:/_nds/".
I have two DSi and two 3DS and the same thing happens on the fourth consoles. I have checked the nds-bootstrap.ini file and the ASYNC_CARD_READ = 0 section. Pokemon Black 2 seems to work but Zelda Spirit Tracks is still not patched.

If AP_FIX_PATH is set as well, try turning card read DMA off then.

Hello, installed it in my 3DS and it's working with many games, thanks!

But I've been having a problema with Inazuma Eleven (the OG version and a undub version called remastered) where the game freezes when I save. If I jump the cutscenes the game freezes too. Any idea what I can do? How to activate the AP patches in here? Or it's just automatic?

AP-patches currently aren't working.
Either downgrade TWLMenu++ to v20.4.1, or wait or a fix.
