Did you put the .sav file in the "saves" folder, in the same place as the .nds file?
No. Let me try that. Thank you!

If it's recently compiled homebrew, it'll launch in DSi mode.I've a question... wasn't sure if here or Noob Paradise would be most appropriate, but... well... here I am!
If someone runs TWL++ on a 3DS (or 2DS I suppose) and launches one of the emulators (say, one of the brilliant Atari emulators created by an equally brilliant and humble programmer)... would it run in DSi native mode?
That is: would it run in 133MHz mode or the older, compatible, 67MHz mode of the original DS?
Make sure "Card read DMA" is turned on.Hey, guys!
I'm using a homebrewed 2DS XL. I've been having issues with TwilightMenu++ launching nds roms, specifically with the games Kingdom Hearts: ReCoded and Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Whenever I start up the game, the screen goes completely black and I can't play my games, mostly after the title/logo screen. Or other times, the game does start up, but it crashes and soft locks. I don't know if there's any specific settings I should adjust, or if there's any better alternatives to this besides TwilightMenu.
I've been struggling with this kind of stuff for the past few months or so, and if anyone could please help me with this, I would be very grateful.
Thank you in advance
It's on. It still doesn't work.Make sure "Card read DMA" is turned on.
Make sure TWLMenu++ is up to date then. It's on. It still doesn't work.
I think I'll try and redownload TwilightMenu.Make sure TWLMenu++ is up to date then.
If it's already on v20.3.0, then I'm out of ideas.
Is the box art in "fat:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/boxart/"?@Robz8 , I updated to the latest version just now on both 3ds and ds. I don't know what happened, but the first time I tried golden sun on the ds, it said "data could not be written" or something to that effect with regards to save data. the next two times I tested it, the game worked without issue. I also noticed that the box art is no longer displayed when you go into the home menu to get into settings or select the last booted game. it works in the 3ds, but it's not showing up at all with the ds (tested two games).

If so, make sure box art is enabled in TWLMenu++ Settings.
If the crash isn't random, then try replacing your ROM.So I updated Twilight Menu and NDS Bootstrap via the Universal Updater and it seems like Kingdom Hearts Recoded is working fine (hooray!). Hopefully, I won't run into any real issues with that down the line.
Although, I still have the same problem with Zelda: Spirit Tracks.
I'll see what I can do. I just wanted to say thanks for the help!If the crash isn't random, then try replacing your ROM.
If the issue still occurs, then make sure "Card read DMA" is still turned on, otherwise, you're out of luck for now.
So I guess loading games using Galaxy Eagle's firmware in TWL won't be supported?Hi, I've recently bought a secondhand DS lite and unluckily got a Galaxy Eagle card in it.
Is there a way for me to load games using the Galaxy Eagle flashcard? Or are they just not supported?
I'm trying to play some games and nds-bootloader doesn't work for me, but the rest of the games works just fine. (HeartGold and Picross DS gave me a white screen)
I really love the menu and would like to always use it, thanks!
