What version of TWLMenu++ are you using?
If it's v15.0.0, just delete "TwlBg.cxi" at "sd:/luma/sysmodules/".
If you're still having the same issue, delete the TWiLight Menu++ titles in FBI, then install the CIAs using FBI.
Ok, I found something out.
So, if I go and play a game in 16:10 setting with the widescreen hack, for some reason the Widescreen.cxl file inside sd:/_nds/TWiLightMenu/TwlBg/ gets moved back to sd:/luma/sysmodules/ and renamed back to twlbg.cxl again. If I delete said twlbg.cxl file it does go back into 4:3 however, I would have to go and do the widescreen hack again as putting the game into 16:10 does not work and instead the game is in 4:3. If I were to play a game with the widescreen hack enabled (That being with the twlbg, cxl file renamed as Widescreen.cxl in the twlbg folder), the glitch where everything in TwilightMenu++ becomes 16:10 happens again.
Don't know if this is intended, however I thought I would let you know as I'm still having the issue mentioned.

Previously, image distortion only occurred when using the Restart option or the option to return to the GBARunner browser. But now even returning to the Home 3DS menu, and reopening the Twilight Menu ++, the distorted image continues to appear in all GBA games.

I currently have the latest version of Twilight Menu, because I thought it would be fixed by updating it, but it was not resolved.

Console: Old 3DS Flame Red

Please update TWiLight Menu++ then. It copies Widescreen.cxi instead of moving it.

So, I am aware of the fact this has probably been asked before, but to save me from looking through 550 pages of comments I'll ask here.

Is there a way, to use cheats on NES/SNES games? And so forth? I have looked around and so far the answer is no. But I don't actually KNOW for sure. You know what I mean?

Also, if the answer is no, if anyone could by chance help me figure out a way I CAN use cheats with NES games and SNES games on my 3ds, Please let me know. Thanks!

If it helps. I am using an o3DS with the latest updates.

Your best bet is using cheats with emulators that run in 3DS mode, like VirtuaNES and Snes9x.

Hello. I am having a problem to where the Widescreen.cxi converts back to TwlBg.cxi and is located back in the luma/sysmodules. I currently have 15.0.0 and I am unable to use the updater because it gives me an error. In both .cia and .3dsx files give me and error that state "An exception occurred" It lists the processer (ARM 11 (core 0)), Exception type (data abort), Fault Status (Translation - Section), and Current process (3dsx_app (randomnumbershere)) The current process is different on CIA stating (TWLM++ U) What should I do?

v15.0.0 is supposed to copy the file, instead of moving it.
How did you update?

How did you update?

I updated it manually. Like dragging and dropping the files for them to merge. I had version 14 and dragged version 15 overwriting version 14. You know what I mean?

Yeah.
To update on 3DS, you now need Universal Updater
I had it updated to v15.0.0 through the twilightmenu++ updater originally though and that's how I found said bug

So, I can play DS games just fine for the most part, which is great by itself, but there's a weird quirk about the touchscreen: When the charger is NOT connected, it works perfectly, but when it IS connected, it gets really wobbly and keeps constantly clicking even when my stylus is completely still.

Any idea of what that could be or if there's any fix? I can still play games but it's certainly not good for long play sessions.

Not sure if it could be of any help, but my charger has a bit of a bad connection, I have to leave it in certain position for charging, I wonder if the bad connection has anything to do with it or not, the touch works very well for proper 3DS games, it's just the DS games with Twlight Menu that are showing this quirk.
I'm not sure why that happens.
You can try switching nds-bootstrap to Nightly in TWLMenu++ Settings, then update the Nightly using Universal Updater.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
He couldn't eat until after his MRI, when he had a bomb pop.
