How do I dump officially downloaded 3DS themes?
I tried google but I only got one outdated video result

you can use a older themely to do so. Im not sure with anemone as I havent used that one yet.

Maybe you could modify the audio to reduce it's filesize using a program like Audacity, then you could upload it to Theme Plaza

Hello does anyone know how to make 3D images for theme?

I think you need the official Nintendo software by them to make 3d themes, and you can't make 3d themes in any publicly available theme creator. You'd need a Nintendo dev account or find it on "some website" to get their software.

The BGM come from the opening music of the second season of the anime (the Orange Island arc). Specificly the italian theme for the second season. I tough on using the music from the direct but...i don't know for that i wanna wait for a more clean version.
