Emulation Double dash on the 3ds?

is it possible to port Mario kart double dash to the 3ds? I’ve been looking but haven’t found anything so far on it.

1. you can't exactly emulate gamecube games on the 3ds
2. no one has made a port. It's also really stupid to expect someone to make one.

The only option is the emulate the game on your pc, and stream the result with moonlight

You can't emulate GameCube games on 3DS.

You would have to decompile Mario Kart Double Dash and it take very LONG time to have 100% decompiled.

Even if it was decompiled, there's probably less than a thousand people who can write 3D graphics for the 3ds, I doubt very many would even want to port Mario Kart Double Dash.

If there are 1000 devs, 90% aren't active anymore. Half of them aren't competent. There are only 50 devs at most that could do a project like this. There is also the question of if it is even possible.

Yes, I can see and I agreed with you - I just said that you mentioned a reason about Mario Kart Double Dash is unlikely to be on 3DS, and if it does, it would be crappy to run on 25 years old hardware in 2036.

Also, I would be 50 in one year from 2036 and OP would be 34, so OP likely to be busy with kids rather than worry about whether MKDD run on 3DS.

there's a mod for CTGP 7 that changes alot of the UI and textures along with some models, SFX, and music to be more akin to double dash but i'm not sure if that's what you're lookin' for:

You don't see ports like this because the source code is needed, and the main system of Switch can't even handle Gamecube emulation so no way 3DS can.
