Awesome customer service = satisfied customer

    It seems I cannot connect to shoptemp to post my review as I get the following error:

    So, there it is. I hope it's not against the forum's rules !

    I recently ordered a DSTwo card at nds-card.com. The transaction looked safe, and the delivery was quick. Though, when I tested it in my 3ds xl, the card didn't seem to work... so, I asked the customer service to have a refund or replacement. It struck me that I had no other legit game to test, just in the exceptional case the issue was not with the cart, but the system itself.
    It took two weeks to receive two legit games I ordered and a lot of emails with the customer service to know what to do in order to replace my DSTwo.
    In the end, I received my games and indeed confirmed that it was my 3ds XL which was defective (CPU issue, the system didn't read -any- gamecard at all; I sent it back and Nintendo repaired it as it was still within warranty). The customer service has been outstanding: fast, patient, and understanding.

    So: congratulations nds-card.com, you've got a new fan ! I can now confirm firsthand what other users said: it's probably one the best website out there if you are searching for a serious flashcart seller. ;)
