Nope, I do it for Region unlocked. No matter the process at the end of the day they all do the same thing that all people want, free games.

I kinda want to try a9lh for my first time on my spare 3ds, but the only reason why i haven't gotten up to it yet is having the actual time and concentration to do it right... Plus, the only a9lh i want is aurora's experimental SD-less mini cfw fork, not the default one from the guide, since i want it to be a vanilla 3ds in case the sd slot gets permanently damaged or something.
I've had it for years and it works perfectly fine ¯\_(ツ)_/¯Keeping your 3ds on all the time isn't good for it.
No, it's more like I have a car with heated seats, but I live in a warm climate and never use them, and you want me to spend two hours doing something to make them heat up faster. And also, is an hour or two considered lengthy? Im sorry, but saying that it's not worth the time is like saying "Ehh, it's not worth the time to get my car fixed, I'll be just fine." as you wobble down the road and then break down, then cant get it started, then cant get it started again, then just leaving your car on indefinitely, then having to buy a new battery lol.
Yes, I would technically be using it if it were installed, but it wouldn't be doing anything additional for me that I actually care about. And yes, if you use your 3ds at all, then you would be using it. Its not simply about boot rates
I installed A9LH back when it was still scary and risky to do! Seriously, they had like one paragraph kind of explaining the process when I first installed A9LH.
Nowadays, it's like 100X easier with little to no chance of bricking. It's also a lot faster than before.
I just don't see the reason people would continue to cling to old stuff like MenuHAX, RXTools, and Brickwait, when you can clearly see better options right in front of you.
Haha I like that analogy. Ok I'll accept thatNo, it's more like I have a car with heated seats, but I live in a warm climate and never use them, and you want me to spend two hours doing something to make them heat up faster.
You can use ShadowNAND or 3DSafe for booting a minicfw without SD.
shadowNAND has it own installer, use it instead of SafeA9LHInstaller installer. And you will get shadowNAND.I know that. I just don't know in what step of the guide i have to replace the files with shadowNAND/aurora's sdless fork of a9lh. That's whats keeping me from doing it

Most Youtube tutorials are oudated. Just follow https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki and everythings should be OK.Question, is it now possible to follow youtube tutorials or is it same like before that they change files?
To Free Up Space, May be you could try save back up and do the re-download on Sysnand. But it would take a bit of time.Truthfully, I was scared I would brick because I hadn't been keeping up with the hacking scene. And then this afternoon, I said screw and went for it and now I have an a9lh n3ds! It took me less than two hours to do the whole thing. I just have one question, my emunand is 1.8gb while my sysnand was 1.2gb. Is it okay to flash the emunand to sysnand or should I just stick with it and get my saves from emunand and all that good stuff?
