3DS Crashing After Using Inazuma eleven Go Galaxy Randomizer

When using the Go Galaxy randomizer on the 3ds, after two hours more or less, I get an error, and my 3ds turns off. When I try to turn it back on, the battery led goes red (like if it had ran out of battery), if I try the same without SD card I get a purple light.I managed to get to the main menu through GodMode and install through Universal Updater the boot.firm again and my 3ds is back working. This is the second time that this has happened to me.
