I just repaired a Switch Lite, it uses the same LCD driver IC, and the Rohm part number BD8316GWL you found is correct. It is laid out in a 4x3 grid with one ball being notably smaller than the rest, giving it the 11 pins.

Does anybody have identification on this component? I tried tracking it down, there's two references to 8316 and 6T59 - so I figured maybe it's the BD8316GWL but the dimensions are wrong and it has 11 pins opposed to the one here which is only 9 pin(?). I found an aliexpress page selling them and I've ordered some, so I can better see those at least when they arrive.

Hi guys! The capacitor circled in red shorts. I'm suspecting that the pcb is shorting given that I removed both, the capacitor and the bq24193 and it's still shorted. I removed the solder from the rails as well but didn't work. Is there any other component that might be responsible for shorting the capacitor?

Hello for the Switch V2, what would the purpose of the missing cap right of SP2 be? When installing the SX core ribbon cable, the pad on the cap to the right of SP2 was damaged. The system does not power on even though the battery is measuring proper voltage and rest of caps are in place correctly.

Anyone know what size or where to get the filters under the p13 on a v2? They are significantly smaller than the v1 filters.

Not sure what your missing piece is but here's a picture... Hope it helps.

Thanks man, that's a start!
With that "05" it might be a Zener Diode EDZ10B 150mW 10V
Can someone with experience confirm?

Edit: Ok, I don't think that that's it :\
Is it maybe just a 0.5pF capacitor?
