We can only hope Nintendo isn't taking action now. They've taken down Freeshop for 3DS and several other things. Surely it sounds stupid but who knows

Guys the problem is either "that ticket website" or the program, i can still download just fine with NUSGrabber and hex edit the correct keys in and they work without a problem so i assume the issue will be resolved soon.
Sorry a misconfiguration happened on the server side, the issue has been resolved.

You can either download the update from the app and install it with wupinstaller, or from the system itself if you don't have blocked updates.

It's normal, some games are not in the Usb Helper database (which is required to display the additionnal information), so they are added once they show up on that site, the process isn't instantaneous though. The games you are referring to are avalaible now.
I have a few eShop games that are missing from that one site, anyone want to point me in the right direction on how I can get the title key info from said games and submit it?

Concerning your first issue if your version of the application was very old, there might very well have been compatibility issues. In any case, I would advise you to uninstall the application from the control panel and reinstall with the new setup.exe available on the first post (you will not lose your games). If that does not work, go to %localappdata% and rename Apps to Apps.old. Reinstall the app and everything should be back to normal.
Concerning the games which disappeared I suspect you tried to rename them to remove the special characaters. You should always use the app copy feature which will remove these special characters when copying the games, while keeping the original folder's name clean.
As for the wup installer issue, the code is litteraly the same so it's likely that this was only a temporary issue, which sometimes happens with wup installer.
Finally, please have a look at the first post, notably the "How to import games" section.
The info is fecthed directly from the eShop server, just like any regular wiiu system would do.

I have a couple of questions :
1. you give us the possibility to download all versions of updates for each game, but we (theoretically) only need the latest one (unless a problem appears with a special version). am I right ?
2. depending on the answer to the previous question, would it be possible to add a feature to parse all the games and marks the one which you are missing the latest update, granting us the possibility to download it while deleting the previous one ? I maybe have missed it but I can only find "download all updates"
3. do you plan to add columns in the game list (for example name | size |upload (yes/no/missing) | .....)

You can right click on the game the go to Updates . Then a box comes up and you can pick your Updates ver!
The program has issues picking up where it left off on downloads. Its just easier to start over fresh than attempt 10x on continuing.

the feature I was hoping for, would be in the batch part to have an "update all downloaded games" which would automatically check for all owned games whether we have the latest update and in case needed do some cleanup

I didn't test it yet, I'm just wondering if it's grabbing the keys in realtime to that_title_site or if it's making a local copy of all keys and you have to refresh the cache to get new keys?

No cache at the moment but considering recent events this will be added as well.
Oh and btw, there is a very easy way to download the database. Just add "/json" to the url and you'll get a nice json file you can save
On default it has cfw games ticked
If you un-tick it and exit the program then start the program again it's re-ticked
Anyway to edit the settings to make it un-selected as default
