This tool doesn't work for me because it gives me errors when trying to open up anything. The creator said that Windows sometimes blocks certain files for that program, so he's trying to fix that right now.

Based on what I've seen in the bins provided, you will need a plugin written specifically for this format. There seems to be a lot of data that isn't strings.
