The eshop is lies. Tried at 6 am and it said "One of the titles on your wishlist is now available". Nope, still can't purchase it.

Downloading it now. Unfortunately, my internet speed has been capped due to exceeding monthly data allowance and I'm downloading at about 30kb/s
