Hey everyone,

I am trying to revive a dead patched Erista switch. Originally it would not turn on at all, just a black screen without any Nintendo logos or anything. After troubleshooting it, there were no visible signs of damage and all of the chips on the board seemed okay. I installed a Picofly into the system and now I can book into Hekate and Payloads, but not much else.

I thought that the eMMC was dead, so I bought a replacement one. I managed to backup the files from the original eMMC just fine, without any sort of obvious errors. I tried rebuilding the NAND from the backup, but got the same black screen. No booting into OFW or CFW. I then tried rebuilding the NAND from scratch following the guide by Sthetix, and still, no progress, just a black screen, no Nintendo logo or anything.

At this point I'm not sure what else to do, if anyone can shed some light on what to try next, I would really appreciate it!
