LOL Actually I didn't mean backups. In recovery mode you can update the console, erase all data including save data and pictures, or erase data excluding saved data and pictures IIRC/

I assume you picked erase data excluding saved data and pictures. I am trying to be thorough for the future readers.

No issues here with sxos 3.0.2 and 10.0.4

OP fixed it. IT took an initialization in recovery mode. He probably had somethin installed causing the issue...

I didn't select anything in recovery mode.
Once the bar comes when deleting, micro SD card take out.

Take another SD card and copy the latest 3.0.3 SX OS on it (boot.dat)

try 3.0.3 on 10.0.4 first...

Same problem in 10.0.4 with SX OS 3.0.3, the crash game at the homepage error code 2168-0002, a solution?
