SX OS to Atmosphere- Please help!!

Hello i have a nintendo switch with SX OS V3.05 Emmunand. I have the chip installed and dont use the dongle. I have my lic/boot.dat that I used to use SX OS. Im using firmware 10.0.3 and never had my switch online/always in airplane mode. I want to use the new atmosphere but too many different guides. Can someone point me in the wrong direction on how to upgrade to atmosphere?

e: backup your lic/boot .dat files in case you want to roll back for whatever reason. I happen to dual boot SXOS and AMS…so there’s that.
