As much as I would like to agree, I'd sadly have to play devils advocate and state that as long as he's doing work for either or parties (either or being piracy or anti piracy), no one within the actual coding/exploiting/hacking scene itself that does work will really give a shit, and therefore no one who is an end user matters on this, such as us. Unless he actually did a major fuckup that displays lemonprty on our screen using a payload, or some stupid shit.

also yes i can deny it because it's erroneous
nobody is "stealing the hard work of game developers" except for the publisher for who they work
they get a fixed very meager salary and it is not at all dependent on how many copies are sold not that most people who download backups would have purchased the title anyways
you may be able to argue this with small indies but not with major publishers
but as of right now most indie games are e-shop and we have no means of running e-shop backups with TX as of now
