Yep. It shows "Wrong date or firmware expired! Please check NDS machine date configuration. If firmware expired please download latest firmware from www.r4i-sdhc.com" when you set the date to 2019.
My source is that I just tested it.

i think we can no longer recommend those carts. they should be good bs9 fodder though, if you get them cheap enough.

Yes or you can set the date back. But YSMenu doesn't support Real Time Save etc.

I guess the Dual Core really shouldn't be in that group.

With the arm9 updater, I think, yeah.
(actually I think 2013 and under don't work, not sure)

fyi 1. ntrboot_flasher v0.31 unable to detect silver r4isdhc2013, but can detect 2014, 2017.

2. Backing up the flash as default filename backup.bin for 2014 and 2017 was successful.

3. Restoring dumped flash for 2014 was tested and at the end restore was reported failed.

4. Not yet tried ntrboot inject as without way of successful restore/flashing there is no immediate need for me.

Make sure that it's from r4isdhc.com.

It's known that it won't work with cards before 2014.

It's a 2015 one..., though I have to wait for the guy because he is not replying me.
Update : The guy never replied to me, so I ended up buying an RTS Lite instead. I don't know if the dual-core 2015 works, just saying
