Misc Activity log shows „????????”

The activity log shows lots of apps as ????????, which I supposedly played for an hour today, yet I never played any one thing for an hour? What could it be? Also, yesterday 2 of these apps appeared even though it didn’t match up with what I played. Any fixes?
