Yeah, me too Honestly, once you start writing Linux shell scripts (with bash as the interpreter instead of sh) you wouldn't want to go back to DOS. Bash is just so fricken awesome! Automation is so much easier! Of course, this is sorta off-topic

True...I just kinda like batch. Error checking is kind of like assembly.

I keep getting installation Failed error when rxTools Nightly Build tries to install the firmware files. Firmware.bin is supposed to be in the root of the SD card, right or did that change?

So uh when I try to insert my sd card (tried in a couple places) it asks to scan and fix it, and I can't use it on the pc unless it does (works fine on 3ds) should I let it?

I don't know if it was fixed in a recent version but with FBI it goes to sleep mode and fails the install.

Fixed Download the latest nightly, if you want. Be warned: The Dumping Options, is busted. One of the many new rxTools bugs

Nevermind,
just said "whatever" to myself and did try it works great

- removed old rxTools.dat from root and removed everything else related to rxTools (also in \3ds folder)
- placed rxTools folder from latest github compile in root and placed the files from ninjhax folder in \3ds\rxTools\

Booted ninjhax and choose rxTools, worked flawless

There's no rxTools.dat because the devs have moved it. It now exists in "rxTools/system/code.bin". https://github.com/roxas75/rxTools/commit/d9f9e41b78326a078dcf8bdb0cc6330205c5ec30

As such, the payload will be launched differently. I haven't tested so... Try this if launching via Spider: http://dukesrg.github.io?rxTools/system/code.bin

This new version of rxTools work with mset or just with spider ?
