Fix94, forgiveness, but is there a way of fix the problem that nintendont not detect the classic controller pro interworks the controller? I think he not only recognizes the pro controller and requires a force extension present. Thanks !

As far as I'm aware, those controllers use a separate device identifier from the standard Classic Controller/Pro controllers. As for whether or not it'd be easy to get it working, I have no idea.

WHOA I went off one day (I had a surgery today and I'm in pain :'c) what happened here? Glad I wasn't there to witness the argument, I'm glad to hear Fix is taking it rather well and isn't quitting though I wouldn't be surprised if he quit. n my opinion first party controllers should have the priority here because lol they're first party, they're easier to obtain if you own the console that is associated with, compatibility would increase too because it's not just used with Nintendont, if your bluetooth product doesn't work you can always go back to HID it's really not much of a big deal in my opinion, PS3 controllers work fine!

Besides, add to that that some 3rd party controllers are difficult to come by.

On a side note, hope you recover well!

I just wanted to give further update on my Fire Emblem pkay thru. I am now on Chapter 5. I have had no lockups either during the chapter change or when using suspend save/resume.

I am using r2.157 on WiiU running from 32gb class10 SD.
Made a clean save with 59block VMC
Launching direct from Ninendont only widescreen forced on.
Full 1:1 iso

Don't argue about that game. I got flamed at by someone yesterday by saying it was stable enough to be marked green:glare:

Perhaps some HDDs have slower read times and access information slightly differently, causing some games to freeze at certain points...

providing links or brand/PID/VID to the specific adapters would be helpful, as I found plenty of "Xbox360 PC Adapter".
and could someone confirm the wired controller is working the CronusMax adapter?

Hey guys, here's my controller.ini information. Keep in mind one thing, the thing with CronusMax is that you have different models the older models used to be called Cronus Extreme or something like that. Then the CronusMax was released, I believe it just a firmware difference and nothing to do with hardware (reason I believe so is because they offer the ability to update Cronus Extreme to CronusMax for a fee), also mine says Extreme but has CronusMax software on it (don't ask me how, it came this way when I ordered it, back when CronusMax was first announced).

So in all cases I'm still going to paste my info and I'm going to try and get the VID/PID from someone who has a "real" CronusMax to see if there is a difference.

[Xbox360 Wireless]
VID=054C
PID=05C5
Polltype=1
DPAD=1
Power=7,01
A=5,20
B=5,40
X=5,10
Y=5,80
Z=6,80
L=6,01
R=6,02
S=6,20
Left=5,06
Down=5,04
Right=5,02
Up=5,00
RightUp=5,01
DownRight=5,03
DownLeft=5,05
UpLeft=5,07
StickX=1
StickY=2
CStickX=3
CStickY=4
LAnalog=8
RAnalog=9

Edit: was reading online about CronusMax, it seems early batches were using the Xtreme shell hence why mine days Xtreme but has CronusMax software. So the controller.ini information above should be valid.

As for the 360 PC Adapter, I'm using the original Microsoft Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows. There are lots of clones nowadays because it's discontinued but if your clone works then there should be no problem getting it to work with CronusMax. Since the CronusMax is the HID device that controller.ini is referring to.

I think that I recall reporting Burnout 2 having no background music at all on Nintendont, and always has been the case no matter the version you use, as confirmed by more than just me, but also ShadowOne333. I tried reporting this in the past. In Dios Mios, I know for a fact the game has background music, as it worked very well on that, so I know it's not the game, but rather the app, Nintendont, that's having the issue. I don't know what else I can provide, other than the fact the game is broken in this, but not broken in Dios Mios, why, I don't know.

Again, I'm posting this bug report in hopes of it getting attention, that's all. I assume that this may be a very complex issue, a complex conflict. If it can work in Dios Mios, it can work in Nintendont, I hope

Dios Mios - music works great
Nintendont - No BGM

You know, it's funny, I seemed to have recall that I reported Burnout 2 having no background music at all on Nintendont, and always has been the case no matter the version you use, yes, even the most recent version released today, as confirmed by more than just me, but also ShadowOne333. I tried reporting this in the past, but it was in vain, as they seem to get buried with other bug reports and other such posts, so I figured that I might as well report it again (not that it'll do much good).

Again, I'm posting this bug report in a feeble attempt in hopes of it getting attention, that's all. I don't have high hopes as this may be a very complex issue, a complex conflict that probably would be quite hard to fix.

Dios Mios - music works great
Nintendont - No BGM

Yep it has been confirmed by me too, and also another user reported the same (that Burnout 2 doesn't have BGM at all)
I didn't know Dios Mios had working BGM for that game though, since I play on a Wii U, but chances are the fix for the BGM might be avalaible to look at in the DM source code since it is open source.

I really hope so, I really do, I KNOW it had sound on Dios Mios, that I know as fact. Who the deuce keeps changing the game from yellow to green in the Wiki, no wait, it's green, but shouldn't be yellow, meaning working but has issues? Anyways, I hope someone can look into this, because it's invariably an issue and on that affects game experience.

Now the real question. Did it have BGM with the original dsp code?

No, it never booted before having it implemented. But on Dios Mios, there was indeed sound, that I can confirm 100% to be known. The game never worked until about a couple of months ago at most. Before, it would simply lock up at the boot screen on the Wii and Wii U versions. Since DM is open source, it could be investigated. Again, it never worked pre-DSP code, but when it started working, there are sound effects, but no BGM. Whether this issue is super complex or not, I don't know. What worries me is like all the reports I've made on this massive thread, is that it'll be buried and forgotten in no time, I'm wary on making this report, you know? I really hope that FIX94 can investigate.

I don't want to come across as demanding, ungrateful or otherwise bitter about this, I want to approach this as best as I can, to give as much info as I can.

I seek the knowledge of someone well versed in combining controller types for multiplayer. Trying to figure out how to use HID, BT and GC all at once.

I also confirm it has no BGM. It not the only game to have this problem. I'm pretty sure this would be fixed soon, as the dsp patches and audio streaming were. Something we might take in consideration is the game didn't have BGM in Dolphin too, since version 3.5-1070 :P
