in china,we don't need clack sav,we clack Rom,start the game can have more than 2 billionDP and all Card 9and have the moster which in nt & ss,the most important thing,our name ,don't have “cht”..

I'm not sure that I understand you completely. Are you talking about a trainer that patches the ROM? If so, they can do all kinds of things with trainers, AR, or Dipstar that I could never do with .SAV files. Instant-win cheats and stuff come to mind.

If you're talking about Spirit Summoner, I released an editor for that, too. It didn't add "CHT" to your name.

Okay, I want to address some bug reporting sort of issues.

First of all, there are some reports that the editor doesn't give you all the cards. It's missing some cards. Okay, I believe that, but I can't really do anything about it unless someone wants to send me a couple .SAV files. I'd want one from just BEFORE obtaining these missing cards, and then another from just AFTER obtaining them. This way I can figure out what changes. If you can tell me how to EASILY obtain the cards for myself, I might be able to do it when I get time.

Okay, on to unlocking ghosts or monsters. The same thing I said above applies to this, too. Send me a BEFORE/AFTER .SAV and then I might be able to add it to the editor. I have heard that the level 5-6 monsters should be unlocked by beating 70% of the challenges. Though, I don't know how to edit the challenges. If you have a BEFORE/AFTER of some challenges, I might do something there.

Can I ask why you'd want to do that? Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see a use for that feature.

Mainly to play around with some cards that are ban like the God cards vs the computer. The reason I was thinking of making it a custom ban list is so it won't affect WiFi when people use the option dual vs people with same ban list.

Or just the option to unlock the ban cards vs the computer.

it worked on both my (E) and (U) saves, I think it also worked for my (J) version, dont know why i had all 3 versions, my friend kept puting them on my HDD. lol. Im ranked 3rd in my country

Back on topic i found out something interesting. Once you downloaded a new card on wifi, and then use the editor to get 4 of every card you get 4 of that card, i thought you would have 5, since you have already downloaded 1.

I used a fresh SAV file with the 22nd March editor (not an earlier version)... which has the same cheats as the april editor.

Tested with (J), (U) & (E) versions, all three from a clean savefile and a one that was played for many hours, yet no crash. In other words, 6 tests, none crashed on stratos so my guess would be "a faulty backup" issue.

I moved into future, DL'ed the "backup" and tested it =='.
Wasn't it released 1st ? (3 mins later, and after checking the header) Ok, it wasn't... i've been fooled by a friend who put it on our hub as a prank. In this case the versions i have checked will be (J), (U) & (U) again...

The Yu-Gi-Oh games, to my knowledge, have been consistent with SAV files throughout regions.

I uploaded a new build. This one seems to unlock all the cards except maybe Infernal Dragon.
It can be found on the first post of this thread.

Also, it is no longer on RapidShare. I tried UltraShare because some people said they couldn't use RapidShare.

Sorry, I'm a noob to this website but can someone tell me how to convert a .gds file to a .sav file? I got the .gds file by using the gameshark thing to alter gamesaves. Can Someone help me? I need this because i'd like to use the save editor I found on this site. Thank You
