Did you put the PLbank folder on the root of the SD card? This folder is necessary for the bank to work correctly.

As for your saves this will access the game saves without any extra work in your part. Just make sure you own the 3DS versions of the games.

They made physical copies of the eshop only content??? I must have them!!!

here let me screenshot it. 9.2 running menuhax/rxtools please help get this going. My RBY IS CIA MY Alpha Sapphire is in 3ds. the bank files are blank within the folders i dont know where to find those or to import export my stuff please help much appreciated.

Well... You don't have to extract the archive like that...
Inside the archive there a cia/ folder containing a .cia you have to install using a CIA manager.
And there is a pk/ folder containing the ressources needed by PHBankGB.

PS: That is the same for PHBank; you will have to merge these pk/ folders.
There is also a 3ds/ folder in that you can merge with your SD:/3ds/ folder to use it in the homebrew launcher (cia is still here).

It should already be fixed (try to update the /pk/ folder).

I would prefer to wait the official way of Nintendo before doing a bad implementation myself.

It doesn't overwrite anything. They share the same resource folder, but not the same resources. So don't worry about losing anything.
