Today a new firmware is available for WiiU. It seems to include just stability improvements.
Has anyone installed it on WiiU ? is the Homebrew channel still working on vWii ?

Dont update until more is known. Thats the general rule ofcourse.

Well, I can't turn on the Wii U because it will most likely update without my consent. Pretty sure I deleted and disabled the WiFi connection in the settings; I can always hold down B to load vWii directly though.

The system can't update if there's no WiFi connection :creep:

Long time no see. But the vWii will know that you haven't updated yet and will say no and wait until you update.

Looks like it also updates the gamepad's firmware for whatever reason. (Gimme longer wifi range and gamepad buttons on vWii nintendo!)

I was running low on battery and a pop up window with an ok button said i had to charge battery, as i dun like being told to, i didn't charge, and another window saying the same popped up again, i ignored again and then it said that it couldn't update the gamepad like that but that it might update it in the future if needed or something.

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.

Just found out he's doing alright, doing a lot of complaining too, rightfully so. Who wouldn't complain after having a seizure and being hospitalized?
