Hacking Wii Games for the vWii that I'd Like to Hack & Play Agaim

Okay, so I have a few questions, and sliding into my DMs for an answer is always welcome.
Games I've Lost:
-Wii Sports
-Wii Sports Resort

Games I've scratched up so bad that they've trashed my old Wii:
-Super Mario Galaxy
-Super Mario Galaxy 2

Games that fall under both categories:
-Mario Kart Wii
-Super Smash Bros. Brawl

I'm looking to redownload all of these except for the SMG games so I can hack them like I've wanted to as a kid

I'd like new skins or general mods, but also save editors & guides to use them

As for the games that are still usable, I'd like to modify the following:
-Animal Crossing: New Leaf
-Fortune Street
-Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games
-Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games
-MySims
-Mario Party 8
