hacking wii u eshop wii games

ok so i got a mod i want to play of a wii game but i dont have the disc but i do have the software from the eshop before it shut down that being super mario galexy 2 is there any way to mod that software on the wii u without the disc

You can dump the tickets from your Wii U, with tik2sd and then use https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-wii-u-ticket-info.449485/ to extract the key from the tiket. You can then use the ticket to download and extract the Title from the NUS, for example with JNUS. You can then use nfs2iso2nfs https://gbatemp.net/threads/semi-working-nfs2iso2nfs-convert-nfs-to-iso-and-back.455812/ to convert the nfs files from the download to an ISO. Then you can apply the the patch to the ISO. You can then use UWUVCI-AIO https://github.com/stuff-by-3-random-dudes/UWUVCI-AIO-WPF/releases to creaste a VC Inject from the ISO. As a base for the Inject you can select the folder from the Download.
Then you just copy it to the SD and install it with NUSpli Lite or WUP Installer GX.

That's the legal way to do it.
