Compatible PNY Elite is about $10 cheaper but I don't want to risk slow load times. Thanks
There will always be slow loading times with specific games no matter which SD card you use, keep that in mind. games like Super Mario 3D World, Zelda Twilight Princess HD, Pokken Tournament. Hyrule Warriors and Donkey kong Country Tropical freeze also have long loading times. But DKC is very playable.

For the most part, as long as the SD card isn't fake, it's good for Loadiine. You can't avoid load times for certain games. Though faster cards do save 2-3 seconds.

Already have those games on disc, except Pokken. Maybe I should get cheaper SD - not worried about 2-3 seconds. You tried any cheaper cards to recommend? Thanks

I got the cheap KomputerBay 128GB full sized SD card.

It works well. Writing speed from my USB2 windows PC is about 10 MB/s (wii U dumps so lots of small files). Loading time in the WiiU is identical to my previous 32GB card.

Hello, I am thinking about buying this sd card

m.ebay.com/itm/291799957459?_trksid=p2053742.c100465.m3226&_trkparms=aid%3D555014%26algo%3DPL.DEFAULT%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20150608111723%26meid%3Dd18515ec56b54c2e9637db47eae4a735%26pid%3D100465%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D1%26

But i dont know if my Wii U will be able to read SDXC card. Is this a good choice? Would there be a significant difference between this card and the cheaper class 10 one? I would prefer to get cheaper 64gb Kingston or something if the difference would be only a few seconds. Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.

That card will work, you'll just need to format it to FAT32 and 32K/64K cluster using a special program like "guiformat."

As I said before and I will again. Samsung is korean trash.
Buy yourself a quality card like Toshiba or Sandisk. And dont buy cards on ebay.

I use a similar card for my wii u, and this exact card for my 3ds. The only game I've had longer load times on my wii u is the infamous SM3D World. But that loads within about 2 minutes for main menu, and after character select it takes about 20-30 seconds to load the overworld and about the same for loading a level.
You can also try SM3D World. With a PNY Elite (90MBs Read) it took about 5 minutes to finally load the game to title, then another minute after selecting player, then another minute or two after opening cinematic to get to overworld, then another minute or two to get into the first level.
Your card sounds like crap because mine loads in less than half the time. I may have won the silicon lottery though because it seems everyone else has longer load times.

I found that 32GB cards work perfectly. Not only can you natively format them in FAT32 within Windows, but they also experience no errors during long transfers (1hour+).

Obviously 32Gb was not large enough so I ordered a PNY 128GB 95MB/S "ELITE PERFORMANCE" card from Amazon.
Tried various different tools to format it in FAT32 but its erroring out pretty hard during transfers now (card is remounting itself during transfers [tested it in two readers]). Its possible I got a fauly card but I'm guessing YMMV with the 3rd party FAT32 tools. Changing to 64K allocation seems to consierably reduce the number of errors.

SDFormatter formats the card to the default format; for 64GB cards that's exFAT, which won't work with Loadiine. Format your card to FAT32 with a program like "guiformat."
