Basically something strange is going on... Picture says it all. -Text From Image- Ps3 Media Server, dragged onto task bar does NOT provide this warning, it appears it only happens in the start menu. I'm sure there are more programs bus I don't belive you guys need to know them.

From what I gather, when shortcuts are in the start menu, Windows is recognizng them as downloaded files that are unknown... So a fix?

Just thought I'd add a solution I found, in case anyone else expiriences this problem.

Open command prompt with Administator priveliges and type in
Code: 
ICACLS "%programdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" /Setintegritylevel (OI)(CI)Medium
Hope it helps anyone who needs it, fixed my problem.
