Played some stages now and I have to admit the "dancing mutants" are definitely there but it wasn't impossible to play. Every mutant was perfectly shootable for me.Cypherdias said:Just tested Overkill. It doesn't lag as it does using Backup Launcher Gamma, loads very fast and runs smooth. But there seems to be some kind of "timing issues", causing zombies to "dance around" and some times even to fly out of the screen, making it impossible to play.Pippin666 said:I would really like someone to test hotd overkill and tell us about the "normal" lag issue.

Right-click on it and choose to shrink the partition by however much you want to. Then you right-click on the unallocated space and format that.
Or maybe the formatting isn't necessary since the loader will have to format it anyway. I'll have to see when I get the chance to try out my HDD in this thing.
I did that but the option to shrink was grayed out. I cant get Partition Magic to HD to run on my XP computer and Partition Magic doesnt work for me on Vista so I could use some help getting a way to use my HDD. Also Wadder isnt working for me. keeps giving me an error, so if anyone has a WAD for the USB Loader that would be awesome.
I made 2 different folders out of the dl of the usb loader one with the formatting tool and one with the loaderNecromancyr said:Cmurda187 said:6.hook up your usb device and run WBFS tool and select partition to format
Wait - WBFS is a Linux tool - I was under the impression the loader itself did this on the Wii.

To install the usb loader and get it running this is what I did.
1. make sure all the necessary .dol files are renamed to boot.dol
2. put each app in a seperate folder and name the folder whatever the app is for, ex. usb2.0, etc. and transfer to sd card
3. load HBC(homebrew channel)
4. find and load usb2.0 beta 3 and install
5.find and load wanin's rev9
6.hook up your usb device and run WBFS tool and select partition to format
7. find and load usbloader 1.0
8. when loaded push + on wiimote to install game
9. insert game
10. wait for the game to dump to usb device
11. when game is finished dumping press any button on the remote and then press a to load game.
viola ssimple as can be
BTW make sure your device is 2.0 compatible![]()
Hope this helps

this is incorrect...
first off you do not need to install cios_usb2 beta 3, not at all, nil, zero, zip, nothing.... this is now included in cios rev 9
secondly you do not need to run wbfs_tool... sorry again, not at all, nil, zero, zip nothing....the loader will format your usb partition for you..
im guessing you have yet to actually do this yourself as 2 out of the 11 steps you listed are incorrect. and if you did do this yourself, well.... i dont know what to say ...
It's not that it won't work. Steps 4 and 6 are just unnecessary.Cmurda187 said:Worked ok for me everything had been dumping and loading well
I don't think it rips the update partition from the disc at all. It looks like it is the game data only. Scrubbed too. You don't need to brick block it.GolfDude said:do we need to brick block these dumps or does the loader protect us from the updates that would have been on the DVD?
