Hacking Updated Emunand and half of installed CIAs gone and can't press "select" to choose rom.

Are you using an N3DS? In which case you can't update past 9.5 if you want gateway to still work.

Multi-rom and region free are broken on 10.1. Did you make a backup of your emunand before updating?

It was warned several times that it's not safe for GW users. But I guess among so many posts, it's hard to see. :/

On the other hand, if you don't mind waiting a few days, you'll be able to have it fixed as soon as GW releases the new update.

No I didn't, and I don't have any files with me to re-install everything if I format Emunand because I'm away...

Seriously you should always make one before updating.
You have 2 options now :
- Wait for a gateway fix (you shouldn't have to wait too long)
- or use sysupdater to downgrade your emunand.

Yes, but it's easier to just downgrade, especially if your nands are not linked.
