Hacking Tinfoil Installer didn't work, permanent loading app icon on home screen

I tried installing tinfoil using the launcher. The install messed up somehow, and now there is a permanent loading app icon on my home screen. does anyone know how do i remove it?? sorry in advance, im new to switch hacking

Remove it via Data Management.

This answer seems so obvious now. I didn't even think to look there to uninstall stuff. I have had the annoying spinning circle for months now.
