Games not working (after error i think)

So some stuff happened to my switch so I'll just tell it from beginning

I accidentally updated my switch to the newest version but I instaled the newest atmosphere and everything worked fine

And yesterday i was playing with my sis and we wanted to play something else cuz we got bored of Animal Crossing so we decided to play Mario Party and when i was connecting my joy con my sister clicked something on her joy con and an error popped up (i don't remember wich one) then the switch didn't want to turn on (it would inject but it had a black screen) and today i somehow turned it on (i uninstalled and installed the whole jailbreak) and now the "Could not start the software. Please try again from the HOME screen" and it happens with tinfoil too

Any way to fix it?

grab sig patches, while your at it grab this too. the dev got dmca from nintendo to take it down.
