I looked earlier today and saw that I had 17 posts just for today
Then I looked again just now and saw I only had 16 posts, WTF?

Does this happen if my posts are in a locked/moved topic, or is it just a bug

Please don't call me a spammer now

It's not a bug

It doesn't count your posts for today, but for the last 24h
So if one of your posts was more than 24h ago when you looked the second time, it wasn't counted anymore while the first time it was.

I think it works in a 24 hour period. So in the last 24 hours, you've posted 16 posts.
And earlier today your 24 hour period counted more or less posts.
