The only thing Mthr is, is my birth Mother, Father and uncle twice removed.

Creepy I know, but he is loving, he only hit me with small whippy tree branches, and would lovingly throw a bowl of fish heads to my home under the stairs once a week so I'd be good and fed.

Of course he needs to see in the dark, I said he was caring, I didn't say anything about myself.

Often when he comes to lovingly feed me my fish heads, I attack him in a fit of twisted love, and since I have carved out the retinas of my eyes with a rusty Spork, I need complete dark.

Like he wants to wander into my domain under the stairs to give me a hug and bowl of fish heads, without being able to see me, what with me liable to try to gum his arm off (I have no teeth, damn fish bones)
