My report :
1 - Extracted the "__uppate.inf" from the first partition
2 - Replaced it in Trucha Signer with the "ProphSSBB.inf" renamed as "__update.inf"
3 - Extracted "main.dol" from the second partition
4 - Launched "WII Video Changer" and selected the Smart Mode, NTSC -> PAL
5 - Replaced the "main.dol" on the iso in Trucha Signer
6 - Trucha Signed both partitions
7 - Launched RegionFrii, loaded ISO and modified it to PAL one
8 - Launched IMGBurn, specified Layer Break to 2084960
9 - Burnt on "Auto" Speed on a Verbatim DVD+DL, speed reaching 4x. Burnt in around 20 minutes
10 - Put the disc in my Wii.
11 - As I got the update from the JAP version and used the "ProphSSBB.inf" on this one, no ask for update.
12 - Runs smooth on 60Hz 480p, no laggy or suttering videos, intro and cutscenes plays fine. No lag ingame.
PERFECT ! \o/
Specs : PAL 3.2E Wii, YAOSM 3.0
I can vouch for this. Follow those instructions and use extremely good media and you can't lose.

Sound good, maybe i should update the first post, where do you get Wii Video Changer?
EDIT: Can you play the game in other modes? 480i and 576i?
It works with both 480i and 480p. 576i still seems to be flaky, so just stick to 480i if possible.

Right I have tried again today on my Wii, and if I select team brawl or just brawl with anyone in WiFi, it just continues to seek for other players. However I can spectate matches with no problems.
Anyone else have the same problem? Anyone with a PAL wii who can run WiFi matches with anyone without a problem?
Could this have anything to do with nintendo's servers?
