I know this seems unreasonable but I don't have a single keyboard in my house! So PCem isn't going to work for me. It won't accept input from Onboard, KDE using my phone, or using an app to make my phone a bluetooth keyboard. Apparently userspace emulation would have the best results anyways especially since 95/98 doesn't support SMT but QEMU has multicore support. I assume QEMU+Wine and a lot of testing will give us the best results
