after 8-9 hours in sleeping mode with dstwo inside, my 3ds is out of battery. 2 hours of gaming is a little bit fast. i think 3 hours are normal.

Yeah, unfortunately, that sounds abut right. I get between 1.5 and 3 hours on my N3ds depending on what game I'm playing. I simply never carry it in the slot in sleep mode because of the drain of charge. If I MUS, I shut it off first. Besides, there is always the potential to launch the dam thing from the slot accidentally and lose it.

    reason being is the 12V motor parks the wipers in the wrong place every time
