N3ds emunand 10.4 working (if i wasn't so bad at dancing i would be dancing) I am going to be out of foam to foam at the mouth

successfully downgraded my n3ds, and got emunand working. Increase foaming to maximum overdrive

retroarch now has pcx as .3dsx (still a bit slow though) *must play all the digimon*
