Google actually comes pretty close with Nottemasuka. Literally it would be "Are you riding?", which I suppose refers to going with the flow well. Perhaps a form of "Are you doing well?" would be an acceptable localization.
Ganbare is best translated as "Do your best!!", "Go for it!!" or perhaps "Good luck!!"
As for the last three stages:
Revival Revenge takes two things at once, it seems. The big yellow title says just "Revival". The small white-boxed text below says "Revengerous!!" (which isn't a real word, but still cute ).
For Technician, the white-boxed text is literally "If it's you, you can do it!" In other words they trust in your ability!
For Last Technician, it's "This is the last one!" (or "These are the last ones!" depending on whether you interpret it as last stage or last games).

Yellow text: Bonus (or Extra) Corner
White text: Go collect medals, okay?
