Were you able to fix that or do we have to use the load disc method to resume our game from sleep?
I'm trying to fix it. Can you describe exactly the steps for the workaround?
Retroarch from fresh installation does not show files when selecting load content.
Files only show up after loading a core.

Oh, I think it was when you resume RetroArch from sleep mode when using the PS1 emulator you have to go Disk Control > Disk Image Append > Select PS1 Game in order for it to resume properly. Basically you have to remount the disc so you can resume playing without issues.
Not sure about Overlay but save config is working perfectly and I don't think fast forward ever worked also it works on the Vita TV again.
Overlays is a must lol Fast forward not working makes sense because I've yet to find a version with it working. Do individual cores have icons at all?
As far as I'm aware, no they do not have different icons but it's recommended to use the all in one vpk and that has been working great for me.

Images that changes that "awkward" black space when you are playing. I don't care about them because I like my games fullscreen and with the original ratio. To me it doesn't really matter if the resolution ain't exactly like the game was intended, I'm playing it on the go, so I need it big and beauty.

Neogeo core has really low audio.
"Load content" does not always show files when browsing. Core dependant.
Only when loading correct core do files show/load.
Choosing incorrect file for core causes system crash. PSP button flashing.
Cant find rotate screen? for Mame etc

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
