OK, so here's what I have on the SD:

sd:/install/homebrew_launcher/homebrew_launcher.elf, icon.png, meta.xml

I run WUP Installer GX2 and get the following error:

Error: No installable content found

:wtf:
In the link I posted scroll down to where it says Release RPX / Channel v2.1 and download the files there. You must have downloaded the wrong thing.

Use the latest version (which is an .rpx). The installable channel is as good as ancient and caused a few issues on my console. That was the reason why I use the homebrew channel via mii maker.

The boot up menu with the launch homebrew menu doesn’t work doing this but that’s it

Do you mean the menu with the dark blue background where you select the boot options?

i.e. this one:

If so, does it matter if you can't get to this menu? Would putting the hbl file back restore access?

No. That's the boot selector. This menu works without the rpx file.

I have a small issue with Tiramisu. So I have read people saying the quick start menu should work using Tiramisu. But for me selecting anything just boots me to the main WiiU menu. It does this even with ligit bought games. Issue only started after installing Tiramisu.

Not a big deal but would be nice if I could fix it.

you have the same problem I have--a slow at initializing hdd. you have to wait briefly before selecting one of the games if it's on usb.

I never use the quick start menu anyway, considering you have to boot the system up using the gamepad, and I'm always afraid of dropping it.
Not sure if I'm just lucky or if the gamepad is indestructible as I have lost count the amount of times I have dropped mine and its still working perfectly :rofl2:

I heard of someone leaning back in a rocking chair when the gamepad was on the floor, and shattering the screen. lol that's what freaked me out about using it, but I did buy a charging cable for it that's connected to a usb hub in case I want to use it on games like 3d world or kirby. I love both games, since they utilize the gamepad creatively imo.

Is it possible that, through the use of Tiramisu or a feature added to it, that the WiiU's browser could somehow be updated with better support for current website standards?

There's a ton of websites that refuse a connection with error 1035 on the WiiU, and this greatly diminishes the once great usage the WiiU browser had.
I have to fiddle between user agents in the browser settings hoping for a lucky hit to enter a site, but most of the time it's not possible. I heard that possibly SSL certificates could be the issue here, but I'm not sure if that's the case.

Yes this is what I was referring to, I think it definitely matters but some people may not care too much.

@Xdqwerty No you heard wrong, and don't believe till you experience yourself. Fallout 4 is one of my favorite games of all time. Yes it had issues early on, esp with older hardware like the xbox1, but it is awesome, esp now being 4k on Series S/X or PS5

Yea you right there, fallout 76 was a letdown, but it not that bad now, they have fixed slot of issues they had at launch. Biggest issue with Fallout 76 is its a pay to advance further type of game, which sucks
