Pokemon Tekken Ripping Tool
Pokemon Tekken Ripping Tool is a Windows program, written in Visual C#. It allows to unpack DRP files and convert NUD/NUT to DDS textures.

USAGE:
Extracting DRP:
In orger to start the extraction you have to either press the "Extract ..." button or drag and drop your files on to "Drag and Drop ..." textbox
Options:
Leave temporary files - leaves decrypted .drp files produced by DRPDecrypt, instead of deleting them
Delete original files - as the name suggests this option makes program delete source file after extracting it
Extracting textures from NUT/NUD:
Same as with DRP Extraction
Options:

Obtaining NUD Importer script for 3DS Max:
Click the "Save NUD Importer..." button to bring up File Save Dialog. Choose where you want to save the MaxScript. NOTE: If you want to save script to 3DSMAX's Scripts directory you'll have to run the program as administrator, otherwise it won't have enough permissions.

HOW TO USE:
1.How to unpack drp:
a)Put all DRP archives into root of the folder
b)Open DRPMULTIPLE.bat and wait for it to do everything. All extracted files are stored in Extract folder
2.How to export textures:
a)Do everything in step 1 or put your own files in Input folder
b)Open NUTconv.bat and wait for it to do everything. It will output all textures into OutputDDS in dds format. Do not use ddsview: it wont load the file or will load it incorrectly. Instead convert these files to other format(convert to PNG for model exporting) using any converter(I recommend using XnShell).
3.How to export models:
a)Put all of your converted textures in folder with model (NUD file).
b)Open 3DSMax. Open scripts menu and select Run Script. Chose .MS file which is included in pack. On popup window tick Use PNG instead of DDS and click Import. Select your model file and click open. Wait for mesh to load and close popup window or if you want to import a character model press Import button again and add other meshes.
c)After you've done importing and editing open 3DSMax menu and select Export or Save.
Where to get models:
You can find DRP files with models inside in game's \content directory

When I get the stage files they don't have a file association (no nuds or nuts). When I change the extension to try to convert the nuts it says "error no such file or directory".

Sorry, but you are out of luck. Since this toolset literally just uses RandomTalkingBush's script for Pokken Tournament, it won't work with stages. RandomTalkingBush knows about this but last I checked he never got around to fixing it.

Hmm pretty sure it can work. Just import the models to 3ds max and use the Nud Create. The only thing I'm stuck on finding the correct textures. That's why I'm trying to find way to extract it myself.

No, it will not. RandomTalkingBush's import script for Pokken Tournament models does not work on stages. Period.

I imported some stage models with the script though in 3ds max. Just the textures weren't working correctly.

Strange. I guess he fixed it and then never announced that he did.
Actually through more testing it somewhat works. Most models appear fine in smash and in 3ds max but others seem broken. I think it's a uv issue and vertex colour issue because I always need to disable the vertex colours with the Smash Nud Creator. I guess they are focused more on the pokemon less on the stages.

I had trouble getting the dds texture files using NUTconverter. The DRPMULTIPLE.bat thing worked perfectly, but when I tried the putting those files in the "Input" folder, and opening NUTconv.bat, nothing happened.
I found out that the "Input" folder you mentioned to put the files into should really be called "tools"
I didn't try replacing the entire Input folder, I just created a new one called "tools" and that fixed the NUTconverter problem.

I made an account just to point this out lol. Spread the word!
P.S. thank you a whole bunch for this tutorial

Ik im like a year late but, its nice that we have the models ripped, but what file(s) did they originate in?
If by "originate" you mean the path to models files, then I don't actually know. When I'll get access to my PC I'm going to look into that.
I apologize for the bump but is it even possible to mod the textures and reimport them from a game dump?
I don't know if that's possible. As RTB said the NUD format used by Pokken Tournament is similar to NUD files from Smash 4, but there are some differences, so existing tools for Smash 4 won't work.

Replaced old tools pack with C# program that does exactly the same, but with more friendly and comfortable to use UI.

Also can I ask a Moderator to change the title of this post to "[RELEASE] Pokemon Tekken Ripping Tool"?

Not really. Quite frankly I don't see the point of improving this tool, as there are much better tools for hacking this game(mine doesn't even always extract .drp successfully and gives some sort of error). But I may update it in the future.

Hi Guys, would this tool be able to rip the animation data too, I've been looking for ways to extract animation data from pokken for a project Im working on, people from the other ripping community were so unhelpful and rude, I mean I dont really know the purpose of that site tbh.
