Hello everyone, new 3ds xl owner as of about a week ago. After scouring the Internet for a few days I decided to attempt to install some legit CIA's. After getting all the necessary files, I went ahead and attempted. 9.9, menuhax, nasa 1.3 and had no success with a few different CIA files. I wasn't sure if I just didn't have actual legit files so I tried some more, and still no dice. Then I thought to try nasa 1.0 and had much better success. I was able to successfully install (and play without problems) MK7, 3D Land, NSMB2, and Fire Emblem Awakening. However, the other remaining legit USA CIA's I just can't seem to get to work. I've tried a bunch of different files from different sources, even the same source as the ones I've gotten to work, and they install to the end and no game shows on the home menu. Anyone have ideas? Or do I simply not have legit CIA files? I've also tried the region free Pokemon games to no avail. Any help is appreciated!

Edit: changed my 64gb sd card (fat32 formatted) for a 32 gb. Tried the first version of nasa and the installs were going super fast and not actually installing. Went back to the most recent version of nasa and they all installed smoothly :)

There's a new hax exploit out, it's called svchax and it's basically memchunkhax but for 10.4 and up.

Any chance of updating nasa to work with this?
Already aksed m8, and the answer was soon when it was more stable and had n3ds support. Also @Rinnegatamante it works for both n3ds and o3ds and people have successfully downgraded. Look im on 9.2 i could care less but just in case you live under a rock in a bomb shelter, it can be updated now.

Watching this thread, waiting for a a 10.5 Compatible version .

It should be almost done, tested a private version by @ihaveamac on O3DS and by @ValouIka on N3DS and it worked fine.
I only need some tests on fw between 9.3-10.3 now. If someone wants to try it on such firmwares, please contact me.

I'd love to help you test, but I'm on 10.6 and don't have a way of getting to 9.3 - 10.3

So, finally, here you are NASA v.1.4 with new firmwares support!

Changelog:
Code:
- Added support for firmwares between 10.4 - 10.6.
- Now NASA correctly exits to Homebrew Menu on firmwares between 9.3 - 10.6. (If you perform svchax).
- Added a selector on startup for firmwares between 9.3 - 10.3 to select which exploit to perform (svchax/memchunkhax2).

I guess it's the same old "freeze? rinse and repeat" procedure as before, right? For me it just froze at "Executing svchax..."

You'll have to delete and redownload from the eShop to get them to work. Same as Happy Home Designer.
You can also just visit the games eshop page and the seed will be installed.

Feroz, you need to make sure the cia's are legit. Not all of the poke cia's floating out there are. They need to match your region too.
